What appears intuitive and effortless in everyday use must first prove its reliability over countless operating cycles. Controls, switches, and touch displays are often operated millions of times — and EDAG Testing reproduces exactly this type of repeated use under controlled test conditions. We test both the static and dynamic characteristics of control systems under realistic usage scenarios as well as under reproducible laboratory conditions. For this purpose, ten robots are available for functional endurance testing, along with test benches that can also simulate climatic conditions. All measured values are continuously recorded and documented.
