Operational stability
Vehicles, machines, and systems are continuously exposed to mechanical loads — and EDAG Testing reproduces these loads as realistically as possible. The aim is to identify potential weak points at an early stage, prevent possible failures, and systematically extend product service life. This includes vibration analysis and operational load measurements on the body-in-white, as well as tensile and compression tests on structural components. Static and dynamic component testing is also used to evaluate component behaviour under a wide range of load conditions.
